So I visited a cousin of mines friends garage. He has the blue v6 mustang with the swap. The drag stang had to be pushed outside awaiting its new crate motor. The silver 5.0 has help by Kenne belle. Not a bad garage. Definite jalop material.

Just out of curiosity, is there much that can be done with the stock V6 mustang to increase power? I realize that the 5.0 Coyote block seems to take quite well to boost (from what limited things I've heard), but I haven't heard of people doing much with the V6.

I'm not a huge V6 mustang guy, but that thing is badass for what it is.

They take well to boost but this one had a old 4.0 v6 that only made 200hp stock. Both the new 3.7 and 4.0 v6 like boost but the 3.7 is a much better engine. A swap is necessary to make some bigger numbers.

Bigger numbers as in, say, 350 hp?

400whp and above reliably. The 3.7 is a much better starting engine but economically it's not much more to swap to a v8 then a better v6. These aren't my cars so I'm not really an expert on these things.
